The Pub

In our cosy oak-panelled bar, we serve highly drinkable chilled keg beers such as Stiegl, Lucky Jack and Mikkeller Pale Ale. Timothy Taylors is our house ale of choice, with guest ales from Thornbridge, Wadworth and Tiny Rebel.

We have a list of wines that Henry and the team enjoy drinking, balancing Old World with new and interesting producers, as well as grower Champagnes and classic cocktails.

If you’re feeling peckish, there are bar snacks on the chalkboard, or choose from our all-day menu.

The Dining Rooms

The Harcourt offers an all-day à la carte menu overseen by chef-director Henry Harris.

Reflecting our careful sourcing of seasonal ingredients, daily-changing dishes might include confit duck with lentils, roast fillet of cod, or daily-changing cuts of steak and chops, accompanied by pommes frites and a choice of sauces and flavoured butters.

The wine list has been carefully chosen, balancing familiar names with some new and interesting producers. We have a selection of Cognacs and Armagnacs imported from the Continent by Harris Vintners.

Join us on Sundays for a traditional roast, including beef, chicken, pork loin and a seven-hour, slow-roasted shoulder of lamb.

Bookings are recommended for the dining room and conservatory. We also have a selection of impressive spaces for private dining.
